If you’re living abroad or based outside the UK, finding the right counsellor can feel challenging, especially when you’re looking for someone who speaks your language and offers a culturally sensitive, understanding approach.

 

Whether you’re an expat, a remote worker, a student overseas, or someone who simply feels more comfortable speaking to a therapist in English, I provide online counselling worldwide. Alongside counselling, I also offer EMDR therapy online, which can be highly effective for trauma and anxiety wherever you are in the world.

Important Information for International Clients

I am fully insured and accredited to provide online therapy to international clients, with the exception of those based in the USA and Canada due to regional legal restrictions. All therapy is delivered in strict accordance with UK law and the highest ethical standards of my professional accrediting body.

Please ensure that accessing online counselling from a UK-based practitioner is permitted under your local laws before booking.

 

International Fees:

• Integrative Counselling (50 minutes): £65

• Specialist EMDR Therapy (50 minutes): £85

• Extended EMDR Intensive (90 minutes): £150 (available by prior agreement)
