Get To Know Me
Counselling is far more than just developing insight or learning coping strategies — it’s about creating a genuine, human connection where growth, healing, and self-understanding can naturally unfold.
I’m a compassionate and dedicated counsellor, committed to supporting adults through life’s challenges and helping them grow in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable. I believe the quality of the therapeutic relationship is central to change, and I’ll offer you honesty, empathy, and space to explore at your own pace, free from judgment.
My work is grounded in a holistic understanding of mental health, recognising that every person’s journey is unique. I know that beginning therapy can feel like a big step, so I aim to create a space that feels calm, consistent, and responsive to your needs.
I support clients with a wide range of issues, and have particular interest in self-esteem, identity development (including purpose and personal values), stress management, and relationship dynamics. I also work with neurodivergent clients and adapt my approach to support different communication styles, processing preferences, and lived experiences. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking clarity, emotional resilience, or to untangle unhelpful patterns or memories (through EMDR) that no longer serve them. I tailor my approach depending on what you need — from reflective exploration to more practical support.
I’m a Professionally Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (PNCPS Acc.), fully insured, and hold a current enhanced DBS check. My accreditation reflects significant post-qualification development and a commitment to offering high-quality, ethical, and evidence-informed support.
