Session preferences (online/in‑person) and enquiry details.
2. How we use your data

To schedule and conduct your free 20‑minute consultation.

To respond to your enquiry and provide ongoing therapy services.

To send appointment reminders and important practice updates.

Lawful basis: Consent (you tick the box on the enquiry form), and

Legitimate interest: (managing client relationships).
3. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except:

Where required by law (e.g. court order).

With your explicit consent (e.g. a referral to another practitioner).

Enquiry data is deleted 12 months after your last contact if you do not become a client.

Client records are retained for 7 years in accordance with NCPS guidelines, then securely destroyed.
