Fees

 

• £60 per 50-minute session, payable in advance.

• Most sessions, including EMDR, are offered at this standard length. Where appropriate, we may agree that a longer EMDR session (90 minutes) would be helpful. These are subject to availability and are priced at £95.

• In‑person – Illshaw Heath, Solihull (B94) – free parking & facilities

• Online – Secure MS Teams video

• Phone – UK landlines & mobiles, or WhatsApp / FaceTime Audio for international clients

Initial Consultation

 

• Free 20‑minute consultation (online or phone) to discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit

 

Payment Methods

 

• UK clients – Bank transfer (BACS) or cash / contactless payments available for in‑person sessions

• International clients – Wise (formerly TransferWise) or SEPA/IBAN transfer (details on request)

Cancellation Policy

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or no‑shows incur the full session fee.
