Integrative Counselling Fee: £65 per 50-minute session

Whether you are navigating difficult life transitions, feeling overwhelmed, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding and personal growth. Because no two people are the same, I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach. By drawing on Person-Centred, CBT, and Psychodynamic frameworks, we can tailor the sessions to your unique needs. Together, we will collaboratively explore your experiences, uncover deeper patterns, and build practical tools for meaningful change, always moving at a pace that feels right for you.

 

Specialist EMDR Therapy Fee: £85 per 50-minute session

For structured trauma treatment, PTSD, and rapid symptom resolution. This is a focused, neurological intervention designed to safely process traumatic memories and reduce nervous system reactivity.

EMDR Intensive Therapy Fee: £150 per 90-minute session

​

An extended format for deeper, uninterrupted trauma processing. Some clients prefer to have longer sessions as this accelerates progress. This 90-minute block ensures you have adequate time to process complex memories safely, and be fully grounded before the session concludes. Extended sessions are charged proportionally based on the standard EMDR session rate.

 

Getting Started:

Finding the right therapist is an important investment. I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation (online or by phone) to discuss your current needs and see if we are a good clinical fit before you commit to a full session.

• Online: Secure MS Teams video.

• Phone: UK landlines & mobiles, or WhatsApp / FaceTime Audio for international clients.​

Payment Methods:

• UK clients: Bank transfer (BACS) or cash / contactless payments available for in‑person sessions.

• International clients: Wise (formerly TransferWise) or SEPA/IBAN transfer (details on request).

• Fees are payable in advance of the session.

Cancellation Policy:

​

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no‑shows incur the full session fee.
